As a Marketing/Social Media Coordinator, you will also play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing our social media channels, creating compelling content, analyzing data, and implementing effective marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns, including basic copywriting for various channels, including but not limited to email, website, and social media. Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
 

• Monitor the results of marketing efforts and report successes or shortcomings to the Director of Marketing. Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the team while providing instructions for promotion or use.

• Support the Director of Marketing in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations.

• Maintain an inventory of sales support materials ensuring all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.

• Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages and establishing strong relationships with your followers.

What You’ll Need:
 

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of education and experience.

• Experience in developing and implementing social media content on various platforms is required, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

• Having keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects is essential.

• Proficient in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to pick up new concepts and software quickly and easily.

• Capable of pivoting, reorganizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments to meet company needs.

• Handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and meet project expectations.

• You possess both the willingness and capability to work together with others to achieve daily objectives.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without the assistance of another person. Performing physical activities that require considerable (40%+ of the day) use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
