BEPC is seeking 2 talented Coordinator Content Marketing consultant to join our team in Newark, NJ!

W2 Contract Period: 8 months with possible opportunities for extensions based on business needs and performance!

**This can be a remote position working east coast hours**

The Coordinator, Author Care (Content Marketing) oversees the execution of marketing campaigns for our portfolio of content releases while managing appropriate expectations with all relevant stakeholders. The role will help support the release of exclusive and original titles by holistically capturing and tracking marketing tactics for promotion on and off the service, tracking the execution of earned, owned and paid media plans, and working with creators on title-specific campaigns. The Coordinator, Author Care (Content Marketing) will work cross-functionally with the Creative Services, Social Media, Editorial, PR, CRM and Content Operations, Editorial, and Development teams to ensure an enticing and seamless customer journey is in place to drive the best experience for the listener and creator. The role will be interfacing with internal and external stakeholders (partners, talent and agencies).

The coordinator should have entry experience marketing entertainment content and all the associated skillsets. The candidate should possess great project management and process management skills to achieve success. As the role is client-facing, the candidate should also be able to quickly and effectively communicate with external parties. The role requires powerful attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively to support a large portion of the content portfolio and all associated stakeholders. The Coordinator should thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic and not afraid to take risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capture and track marketing plans for Original and exclusive programming properties, with a holistic eye on ensuring all appropriate channels are included.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across teams to deploy content marketing communications and promotions to drive customer acquisition, engagement and increase long-term member retention.
  • Share marketing and placement status directly with Creators.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impair the organization's ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Own, track, and update deliverables lists for campaigns.
  • Ensure all executions are done on time and correctly.
  • Capture screen grabs of all promotion pre-, during, and post-flight, and create marketing recap decks for relevant stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Entry experience working on marketing entertainment content.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the proven ability to handle (and deliver on) multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be innovative, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
  • Passion for entertainment content and pop-culture, with a strong editorial sense.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field of study required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in related positions.
