We’re looking for a Content Growth Specialist to help our team maximize the performance of the content we create.

This role will work directly with our Director of Brand Strategy & Content and collaborate closely with our Social Media Coordinator to ensure content is not only produced—but performs.

Position Summary

The Content Growth Specialist serves as the bridge between content creation, audience engagement, and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that every piece of content should have a purpose. Whether creating a social media post, writing a blog article, supporting a campaign, or analyzing performance, the successful candidate understands how content influences awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

The Content Growth Specialist combines content creation, copywriting, audience engagement, analytics, and growth marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable both creating content and evaluating its effectiveness.

This individual should be able to answer questions such as:

  1. Who is this content for?
  2. What objective does it serve?
  3. How does it support the customer journey?
  4. What action do we want the audience to take?
  5. How do we measure success?

Working directly with the Director of Brand Strategy & Content, this position helps ensure content is not only produced but also contributes to measurable business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can think beyond simply posting content.

They understand that successful marketing requires both creativity and strategy. They are comfortable creating content, writing compelling copy, analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that improve results.

Pay: $53,416.97 - $64,330.11 per year
