Hawk Ridge Systems is continuing to expand throughout North America, and we are looking for a brilliant Content Marketing Copywriter who knows how to write content that captivates, convinces, and converts. WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS CONTENT MARKETING COPYWRITER ROLE?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of B2B content writing (or B2C in tech, legal, manufacturing, or financial services industries), - preferably short-form content
At least 3 years’ experience in creating content and implementing content strategies that can captivate and convert an audience
Experience creating new content ideas, writing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), developing email nurture sequences, updating landing page copy (Word Press), and writing promotional and ad copy
Strong understanding of B2B content marketing best practices, strategies, and trends with the ability to balance creativity with the more reserved nature of B2B communications
Contribute to process improvement of the Content Team through work on quarterly OKRs, templates, playbooks, and other process improvement projects
Collaborate and partner with other members of the Content Marketing team and the broader Marketing team on campaign strategy and content creation
Autonomous, high-energy, detail-oriented, self-driven team player who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and will constantly evaluate what our customers are looking for, what’s working and what’s not working, and adjust the content strategy accordingly (examples include engagement, leads, and sales)
Collaborative, creative, results-oriented, “outside of the box” thinker, with excellent social marketing skills
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and top notch organizational, time management, and project management skills in order to manage multiple priorities and create revenue-generating content in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent relationship building skills)

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire pay range for this role is between $50,940 - $70,800. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position towards the middle of this range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
