Popping Socials is a growing social media marketing agency specializing in med spas, wellness clinics, and aesthetic brands. We focus heavily on short-form content strategy and high-converting social media systems that drive real business growth.

We’re looking for a trend-aware, organized, and motivated Content & Growth Assistant who understands social media and wants to learn more about social media marketing at a deeper level.

This is a part-time role with room to grow into a larger position as the agency expands.

What You’ll Be DoingContent Support

• Research trending short-form video ideas weekly (Instagram & TikTok)
• Analyze competitor content and identify winning formats
• Draft captions based on brand voice guidelines
• Assist with building content calendars
• Organize content inside Notion and Google Drive
• Create simple carousel graphics in Canva

Growth Support

• Research local businesses for outreach (med spas, wellness, dental, etc.)
• Build and maintain organized lead lists
• Assist with DM and email outreach using templates
• Track outreach and engagement metrics

Ideal Candidate

• Understands social media trends and consumes short-form content daily
• Has a strong eye for what performs well online
• Is eager to learn more about social media marketing and strategy
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable with Canva, Google Drive, and learning new platforms quickly
• Interested in marketing, entrepreneurship, or content creation

Bonus (not required):

• Experience managing or growing an Instagram account
• Basic copywriting experience
• Familiarity with Notion or Metricool

• Part-time (10 hours per week to start)
• $10/hour
• 30-day trial period
• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule (must meet weekly deadlines)
