We are looking for a passionate, creative, and self-motivated professional to help drive sales and brand awareness across multiple platforms. The right candidate will execute high-judgment and eagerness to create compelling and engaging visual content. They will be knowledgeable of the latest social media trends, Amazon, and Shopify platforms, and show initiative to deliver captivating content. This position will work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure product development, brand image, and all web-related platforms are following best practices to maximize sales.

Role Type and Location:

• This Is Not a Remote Position - Relocation Expenses Will Not Be Reimbursed.
• This is an hourly, full time (40 hours per week), in-person position reporting to the Amazon team.
• Location: Bowling Green, KY

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop engaging video content for social media and web platforms - Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. that comply with brand guidelines and website requirements.
• Create email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and printed marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Update Shopify and Amazon content for new product launches, including images, videos, and marketing-related needs.
• Carry out A/B testing on images and content for all web platforms.
• Proactively improve product listings to achieve better creative, organic search results, product page conversions, and ultimately sales results.
• Work collaboratively with the product development team, as necessary, to help create and refine overall product design and brand aesthetic.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience with video creation and editing required.
• Experience creating image and video posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest required.
• Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Canva, and Excel preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, design aesthetics, and relevant products to achieve excellent media content.
• Ability to work and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment while managing workload and priorities.
• Detail oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to take design feedback and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements:·

• While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to:
• Stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Academic Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in social media or content marketing preferred.
• Marketing or Communications Major, Minor or equivalent skills and experience
