Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and knowledgeable Immigration Lawyer to join us as an independent contractor to create engaging and informative video content on various immigration law topics. You will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and help educate a wide audience on important immigration matters such as E2 visas, marriage-based visas, immigration updates, and more. Once the video is created, we have a team who will handle the editing process. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere. We will provide topic suggestions and an outline!

Responsibilities:

- Develop video content based on your preferred area of immigration law, including E2 visa requirements, the application process, advantages of EB5 2 visa, marriage-based visas, immigration policy updates, etc.

- Present complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner, making them easily understandable to a diverse audience.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling videos.

- Record high-quality videos.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes.

Qualifications:

- JD degree and license to practice law in the United States

- 3+ years of experience practicing immigration law

- Proven experience in immigration law, with a focus on either employment-based or family-based immigration

- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to a non-legal audience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and educate viewers effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
