Job Description:

The NOK Foundation is looking for a strong Programs and Partnership Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various aspects of the organization.

This position is offered as a consulting contract, providing flexibility for an experienced individual seeking project-based engagement with the foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Research and Development

• Identify potential partners, such as other non-profits, government agencies, and private organizations. Gather key information regarding their programs, initiatives and achievements and present collected data along with recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners that are aligned to the mission of the foundation.

Budget and Grant Management

• Assist in the development and management of budget - allocating appropriately across areas such as grants, events and educational opportunities.
• Manage the grant due diligence process.

Reference Database Creation

• Create a searchable database for health conditions, holistic interventions, and alternative medicine practitioners

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the non-profit or philanthropy sector, specifically in roles involving research, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Passion for the holistic and alternative healing space
