Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects.
• Ensure project completion on time and within budget.

• Maintain high standards of jobsite safety and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
