Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Construction Project Manager based in San Francisco, CA. This is a 40 hour a week role with the potential to convert to full time. The Project Manager will need to have a car and is expected to travel to multiple project sites a day within the city of San Francisco. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project coordination, project scheduling, project bidding, budgeting, and construction management to efficiently supervise and complete the construction projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Construction Management skills
• Experience in Residential remodels with Commercial experience desired.
• Experience in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Cost Estimation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and managing resources
• Detail-oriented and able to work with complex technical specifications and regulations
• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
• 5+ years of work experience in Construction Project Management expertise with increasing roles and responsibilities
• Experience in luxury residential construction is a plus

Pay is $40-$50 per hour depending on experience
