We are seeking leaders who are handy and enjoy doing various construction related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Oversee maintenance requests and construction projects from start to finish.
• Complete all duties regarding make-ready/vacant units.
• Budget man hours and cost to complete vacant units.
• Oversee and adjust current in-house maintenance and renovation team.
• Able to be on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience performing carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & high-performance standards
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.
• An effective team player with a positive attitude
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid Driver License
• Must have a truck.
• Bi-lingual a plus
