We are looking for a Communications Specialist to provide data literacy through impactful articles, blog posts and communications.

USA Remote 100%.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and share impactful articles, blog posts, and communications using data and analytics to inform and engage internal stakeholders, highlighting the value of data-driven insights and innovation.
• Support hands-on learning programs and workshops to increase data literacy across various business units.
• Create and distribute training resources such as guides, webinars, and e-learning content that empower employees to understand and utilize data effectively.
• Serve as an advocate for data excellence by promoting a culture that values data accuracy, accessibility, and transparency.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of data initiatives and programs, gathering feedback and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a data or technology-driven environment.
• Exhibit creativity and innovation in generating compelling story ideas and approaches, keeping content fresh, relevant, and appealing to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to create educational and training content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for driving data literacy and promoting a data-centric culture within the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
