As a fast-growing, remote-first startup, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a deep understanding of payor workflows to execute our Payor Strategy. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to improving the lives of millions of patients and play a pivotal role in our organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
- Place outbound phone calls to prospective physicians, practices, and support staff at physician offices, multi-specialty clinics, and other ambulatory provider sites.
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating them on the benefits or Parachute, demo the Platform, and ultimately sign new accounts to support our DME supplier expansion.
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of facility opportunities through cold calling, follow-up calls, and emails.
- Close the sale of accounts, sign up all available users, train the users how to use Parachute, and then pass to the Parachute Activation Team to support continued use.
- Act as the subject matter expert on our product offerings/solution development skills with new ambulatory clients.
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Experienced with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus)
- Experience calling into ambulatory environments (preferred)

50-60K
