Clinical Field Specialist - Organ Transplantation - Medical Devices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant clinical field or Nursing.
• Experience in cardiothoracic perfusion practices, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent communicator, able to deliver powerful presentations to diverse audiences, and build and maintain relationships.
• Cardiac/Cardiothoracic nursing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement in-service training programs for surgeons, perfusionists, and company healthcare staff.
• Educate customers on the use of products.
• Be the point person for sites during and after product implementation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal and external customers.

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base plus 30% target bonus

Travel: 75%

Years of Experience: 2+ years of related clinical experience

Degree: BA/BS

Location: United States, East and West coast locations preferred.
