If this sounds like you, apply today!Responsibilities:Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigationGovern personal injury case files from inception to completionResearch case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the caseSettle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreementsRecord and update the status of all case files in the case management systemModify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsConverse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather informationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is requiredProficiency in computers is vitalSuperior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valuedState Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
