Mercer US Marketing Team is seeking a talented Campaign Execution Digital MarketingManager . The position can be 100% remote, located in the United States.

We will count on you to:

  • Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management and execution process. Review project intake for completeness, understand and modify timelines of deliverables as it applies to other work in the pipeline, and participate in daily/weekly scrum calls
  • Assign work to campaign execution specialist as appropriate and conduct peer review of work completed
  • Provide complete, accurate and timely campaign execution that meets the marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign execution effectiveness, suggest improvements, deliver regular updates and share best practices across team and geographies.
  • Have an intimate working knowledge of digital marketing campaigns to support the successful execution via reporting & analytics, smart lists, campaign building, webinar support, nurture streams, A/B testing and more.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Information Systems, Business Management or related field.
  • 3+ years related experience.
  • Project management and implementation skills - time management
  • Problem resolution and decision-making skills
  • Experience in different technical programs including Marketo (preferable), Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, Cvent, Adobe CQ, Adobe Analytics, Wrike, ON24, GlobalMeet and/or Zoom Pro. HTML for email, Dreamweaver/Expression or similar software.

  • Ability to work with large excel databases, sort/compare lists.
  • CRM software experience a bonus but not required
  • Intermediate level of understanding and evaluating statistics for ROI analysis.

  • Independent - ability to generate high quality work on own and set own priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

The National US average range for this role is 69,900.00 - 104,900.00 USD Annual. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications & education. We do not anticipate candidates hired into this role would immediately earn a salary at or near the top end of the range; however, such a decision will be dependent on a case by case basis.
