Duration: 12 Months (possibly extend for another 6 Months)

(Can be mostly remote but may need to come into office occasionally as needed)
Schedule: 20- 30 hours/week
Minimum Pay Rate starts from $90/hr on W2
Job Description & Responsibilities
Scope:
The Brand Project Manager will partner with the Life Sciences communications team to lead the Purolite rebranding project, effectively transitioning the business. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end project management for the brand transition, communication, and roll-out plans, as well as implementation and installment of the brand while minimizing business disruption. This high-visibility, high-impact role will work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and in all functions to ensure brand rollout and adoption.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive rollout plan to implement the logo across the Purolite business, taking into account all stakeholders, functions, and discoveries through change management work.
- Work with Change Management contractor to assess risk with the goal of identifying potential speedbumps that you work to move or eliminate. Starting with senior levels in the organization and cascading through the business
- Identify all branding touchpoints, from trade shows and literatures, to facilities and vehicles, to product packaging and regulatory filings; leverage this knowledge to feed the communication, change management, and rollout plans.
- Prepare regular updates for client and Purolite leadership, typically in the form of a PowerPoint deck, can determine if a regular SteerCo meeting is warranted.
- Help develop the strategy for if there are instances where the Purolite brand would be retained, and guidelines around such use, documenting to ensure alignment well into the future.
- Write copy and content (or work with Contractor to do so) to facilitate the roll out to various stakeholder groups including sales teams, customers, industry partners, media, employees, and senior leadership.
- Ideally: would have successfully completed a re-brand already for an organization
Education/Experience Required:
• Education is 4-year in marketing, comms, or business
• 10-15 years of experience in branding, marketing, comms, change management, project management.
