Our store needs an energetic, self-motivated individual that is strong closer, has good CSI and a verifiable track record of success. We are looking for someone with strong follow-up, a great phone demeanor and a solid understanding of the Internet Sales process. You must be able to hit the ground running and be able to work with a high volume of leads.

Salary & Commission available,

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all customer loan origination/approval
• Presentation of financial products both insurance and investment protection menus
• Monitor and oversee timely funding of contracts
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
• Coordinate with sales management team to maximize unit counts
• Maintain solid relationships with lending institutions
• Meet and exceed monthly objective

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience at an auto dealership as a F&I Business Manager.
• Proven supervisory experience in a Financial Services role in the automotive industry
• Strong CSI
• Excellent selling skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent follow-through skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,889.37 - $90,372.14 per year
