Position Overview:

 


In this role, you are a linchpin within our People Operations department, contributing significantly to the success of the Talent Management team across diverse business entities and departments. We're on the lookout for an individual who not only embodies a strong work ethic and adaptability but can also thrive in the dynamic pace that defines our organizational culture.

 


You will spearhead seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, curate an exemplary new hire experience, and provide crucial support in various domains such as recruitment, resource creation, employee retention practices, and HRIS training for managers. Your commitment to professionalism, discretion, collaborative teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail are integral attributes we value in ensuring the continued growth and success of our Talent Management initiatives.

 


What You Will Do

 

 

  • Support the design and execution of impactful talent management programs, including new hire experiences, onboarding plans, offboarding processes, talent reviews, and retention practices based on business needs and industry research.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned candidates or divisions, involving tasks such as creating offer documents, obtaining candidate signatures, scheduling logistics, initiating electronic onboarding, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct and schedule new hire orientation meetings, accurate data entry into HRIS system, and creation and audit of employment personnel files.
  • Act as a resource for HR-related inquiries, guiding team members and managers on ATS or HRIS systems.
  • Collaborate with People Operations teams to align programs with company values, recommend improvements, and ensure seamless workflows.
  • Utilize change management methodologies for global program adoption and training on new talent management processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Talent Management technologies, lead project management efforts, and craft internal communication tools.
  • Create and distribute talent metrics reports, identifying key insights for informed decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives for improved employee and stakeholder experiences through simplification, efficiency, and technology.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Partners for recruitment across multiple offices and business units.
  • Assess and evolve processes and tools to enable and measure talent processes, prioritizing updates for an improved employee experience.
  • Assist with internal and external talent management-related inquiries and requests for information.
  • Travel as needed for onboarding during acquisitions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

 


Ideally, you'll have

 

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professionalism, discretion, and collaborative teamwork
  • Service-first mindset and genuinely pleasant attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Adaptable interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 10-15%


You'll crush it if you have experience with

 

 

  • Proven track record in executing seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Experience utilizing change management methodologies for program adoption
  • Highly proficient in utilizing all Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
  • Experience utilizing Paycom HRIS
  • Previous real estate industry experience
  • Experience supporting a people-centric company
  • Have a desire to organize anything that comes your way

 


Salary $80,000
