Job Location: Fully Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8 hours - Monday to Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze reports and develop action items for the Pod and delegate out
  • Support the Brand Manager in development and execution of client strategies
  • Solve ongoing Amazon Support Cases
  • Research new marketing strategies with the Marketer and Brand Manager
  • Support Brand Managers in client call preparation, participation, and follow-up
  • Suggest and make SOP changes within the department
  • Develop advanced Amazon business knowledge
  • Work at the direction of the Brand Manager on ad-hoc projects and tasks

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong grammar skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC operations
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Strong general research skills
  • Ability to quickly navigate the internet
  • Knowledge of retail and/or e-commerce
  • Must pass a background check
  • 1 year of experience working with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
