Job Description:

We are seeking talented and driven individuals to join our Liquidity Solutions Team as an Analyst or and Associate. In this role, you will play a key role in executing secondary market transactions, providing strategic advice, and delivering customized solutions to our clients. You will work closely with senior team members to analyze opportunities, conduct due diligence, structure deals, and facilitate transactions, while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and asset classes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze potential secondary market opportunities, including fund interests, direct investments, and structured transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Assist in due diligence efforts, including reviewing investment documents, conducting market research, and assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute transaction strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and investors.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields, with exposure to M&A, restructuring, or secondary market transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with valuation techniques and investment analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in liquidity solutions, secondary market transactions, or alternative investments is a plus but not required.
