Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant to the Controller, located in Richmond, CA. The Assistant to the Controller will perform a range of tasks to support the Controller and Accounting Department, including working with the AP, AR, PR department and supporting the Controller in preparing the weekly & monthly financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting or related field
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and work collaboratively
