Fabletics is looking for an Assistant Apparel Print & Graphic Designer - YITTY How Do You Fit In?Under the direction of the Senior Design Director, the Assistant Print & Graphic Designer for Yitty will be responsible for assisting the team in the execution and management of print, graphic design, and hardware development. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly communicate creative ideas, collaborate with fellow designers and be eager to learn about the production process for the various moving parts involved in the design process. This person should also be able to implement organizational solutions that are timely and effective. This designer will work closely with the Senior Print & Graphic Designer.This position will be responsible for assisting the Senior Graphic Designer with the management, production, and design of creative projects. This candidate will be supporting the team in the organization of files and project management and should be able to simultaneously offer creative yet organized solutions to manage and support the design team in many different initiatives at once.This position will report to the Senior Design Director - YITTY, and is based in El Segundo, California. What You Will Do:

• Support the print and graphic design team in designing artworks and trims
• Design graphic artworks, logo waistbands, and prints
• Gathering research and prepare presentations throughout the season
• Create precise flat sketches indicating measurements of hardware and other developments
• Stay abreast of trends, new techniques, and resources in print and graphics to develop original artwork
• Create layouts for artwork and logo placements
• Preparing designs in tech pack form, PLM systems and be able to communicate to vendors
• Develop and maintain AI and PDF versions of digital color and pattern archives by season
• Organize existing projects and be responsible for administrative design tasks, including managing seasonal palettes
• Communicate regularly with Design & Product Development teams to help problem-solve where necessary
• Follow up and coordinate all ongoing projects in order to meet stated deadlines and track artwork throughout the entire design process
• Take initiative to streamline and innovate processes to help make workflow more efficient

What You Can Bring:

• At least 2+ years of graphic and print design experience
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Have the ability to create vector-based and hand-drawn artworks and recolor prints
• Experienced with various print techniques, wet prints, digital prints and textures.
• An understanding of foundational graphic design principles such as typography and composition
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• You are solutions driven and an efficiency advocate as well as having an all-hands on deck mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
