Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Assist clients with their commercial insurance needs, including policy inquiries, endorsements, and certificate requests.
• Policy Administration: Handle policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Commercial Lines Customer Service or Assistant Account Management role within an independent insurance agency is strongly preferred
• An active Property and Casualty (P&C) license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in industry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player mentality with the desire to take on increasing responsibilities.
• Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset, with a long-term interest in becoming an Account Manager.
• Ability to commute to Lake Oswego Monday through Friday.
