Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate deep process discovery and document current state workflows.
2. Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, and risk to identify opportunities for AI, automation, or workflow improvements.
3. Evaluate end-to-end processes, roles, and technology to understand current operations and potential AI enhancements.
4. Conduct working sessions with business and operations stakeholders to document current state processes and decision flows.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and drive AI tool adoption for process improvements.
6. Question assumptions and identify inefficiencies in current work processes.
7. Align opportunities with AI governance requirements and risk review processes.
8. Support the shaping and documentation of opportunities, including inputs to business cases.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools and their application in operational workflows.
2. Strong process analysis skills with the ability to dissect complex workflows, roles, and decision points.
3. Exceptional pattern recognition and critical thinking skills.
4. Creative and innovative mindset, capable of exploring alternative approaches.
5. Proven ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal direction.
6. Strong facilitation skills for leading working sessions and extracting information.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience supporting operations functions or process management knowledge.
2. Experience in innovation and continuous improvement.
