Summary

KPI Partners is looking for a hands-on AI Architect/ Practitioner to join our consulting team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize generative AI and applied AI solutions for our clients — grounded in enterprise data and built on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure OpenAI Service. You will work directly with client teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, from use-case discovery and solution design through implementation and production rollout, and act as a trusted advisor on responsible, scalable AI architecture. This is a hands-on architecture role with regular client interaction, so strong communication and consulting skills are just as important as technical depth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions on Azure, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric Data Agents etc. , tailored to client business requirements.

Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions that ground large language models in enterprise data using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, and vector/semantic search indexes.

Lead client-facing discovery and use-case scoping sessions to translate business problems into feasible, high-value AI/GenAI solutions.

Design prompt engineering, orchestration, and agentic workflows using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph, or Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.

Establish LLMOps practices for model evaluation, prompt versioning, monitoring, and cost management of deployed AI solutions.

Support presales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, architecture proposals, ROI framing, and client presentations/demos.

Stay current on the Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and broader Microsoft AI roadmap, and proactively recommend adoption of new capabilities to clients.
