We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models
2. Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis
3. Build and deploy ML models into production environments
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product, data teams)
5. Implement NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics solutions (as required)
6. Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
7. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies

Requirements:

1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
2. Strong knowledge of Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
3. Experience with data handling, feature engineering, and model evaluation
4. Familiarity with APIs and integrating ML models into applications
5. Understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures
6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

1. Experience with NLP or Computer Vision
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
3. Experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines
