AI Developer responsible for designing and shipping production AI systems including LLM-powered workflows, agentic systems, and AI-native product features.

What You Will Do

1. Design and implement production LLM applications including RAG systems, agent frameworks, and workflow automation
2. Build evaluation frameworks, prompt architectures, and observability for production AI systems
3. Integrate frontier models from major providers into existing software stacks
4. Build internal AI tools that improve team productivity
5. Stay current on model capabilities, agent frameworks, and AI tooling developments

What We Are Looking For

1. Software engineering or AI/ML background through any path (computer science degree, bootcamp, self-taught, research experience, or related technical work)
2. Hands-on experience or strong interest in LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks
3. Comfort with at least one modern programming language
4. First-principles thinking and empirical approach to evaluating new tools
5. Curiosity about the frontier of AI capability and how to apply it to real problems
