Katia Designs | Part-Time to Start | Fashion Jewelry Brand

Katia Designs is a fast-growing, mission-driven jewelry brand with a loyal following and presence in 175+ boutiques. We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us scale our reach by building, managing, and optimizing our affiliate and influencer programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow our affiliate program (currently on ShareASale)
• Recruit and manage affiliate partners and influencers
• Run promotions, track performance, and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand alignment
• Analyze data and drive performance-focused decisions

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing
• Experience with platforms like ShareASale, Impact, or Refersion
• A results-driven, proactive mindset
• Passion for fashion, jewelry, or women-led brands is a plus

Compensation:

• $1,500/month base (approx. 20–25 hours/month)
• + commission
• +bonus
