We are an official Tiktok creator and marketing partner agency seeking an Influencer and Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our influencer creator programs for Tiktok affiliates and creators across all Agency managed product lines and brands to increase the growth and profitability through Tiktok Shop sales. Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, manage and improve business relationships with influencer, affiliates, creators and product teams / partners.
• 80% of your role will be in the outreach, pitching, enrollment, and onboarding of creators - affiliates, tracking sales from affiliate, and expanding our creator partners.
• Pursue profit for the company by matching products under management to creators onboarded for affiliate promotion and sales through creator video content.
• Find new creators/influencers/affiliates to promote agency products or services.
• Perform marketing functions such as developing strategies, creating layouts, and designing frameworks.
• Create a network of affiliates.
• Showcase our Creator partner program / affiliate program and assist in developing strategies and tactics to increase sales through influencer success.
• Help affiliates understand their viewer/customers' needs.
• Receive feedback from affiliates and implement changes within the network.
• Communicate with affiliates on a regular basis.
• Supporting role in content optimization

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $1,800.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
