Allivet is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the Finance team. We seek a resourceful problem solver to manage the everyday financial operations. Ultimately, the clerk’s responsibilities are to accurately record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions of the company. Other tasks include working closely with the current accounting team in the recording, creation, reconciliation, and accuracy of the company’s financial records.

· Adaptable and able to work in a high paced environment while maintaining deadlines
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong knowledge and comfortability using Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Excel, Adobe, ERP’s
· Natural curiosity for learning and reasoning behind processes and actions
· Ability to work independently and digitally in a fast-growing business.
· Strong organizational skills
