As an Accountant II, you will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining financial procedures and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Essential Roles + Responsibilities
- Accounting Management: Manage monthly Revenue recognition process
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) according to GAAP.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in maintaining Study level budget performance and forecast.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Audit Support: Support external and internal audits by providing necessary information and preparing audit schedules.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ad hoc Reporting: Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- High Proficiency in systems Microsoft Excel & Quickbooks.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Full-time position, ideally located in PT.
Salary Range $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
