Job Description:

Bulldog Solar is now hiring for Appointment Setter s for our Traveling Solar Sales Team!

We are looking for talented Solar Appointment Setters to schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants. Our ideal candidate should be able to comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face as well as having superior relationship building skills!

Average $80,000 to $120,000 a year while only working 15 continuous days a month! Traveling Solar Sales Consultants will work 15 days then take the next 15 days off.

We will cover the cost of travel, accommodations and meals. Travel is required for this role.

This Traveling Appointment Setter opening is a commission-based position with monthly bonuses and growth potential! This position is a W2 position with benefits after 90 days

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the door approach
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers & management
  • Stay informed & ahead of market trends
  • Monitor the scheduled appointments until the sale is completed
  • Talk to homeowners face-to-face to self-generate appointments
  • Travel 15 continuous days per month

Requirements:

*Sales & Customer Service Experience: Our current employees previously worked in such industries as Retail Sales, Insurance Sales, Real Estate Sales, Oil & Gas Sales, Management, Car/Truck Sales, Roof Sales, Solar Sales, Military/Law Enforcement, Business to Business Sales, Customer Service, & related industries just to name a few.   • A team-oriented individual seeking a long-term "career" with the desire for rapid advancement!
  • Excellent sales, customer service & communication skills
  • High-energy, results-oriented professional with a strong drive for success!
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8pm
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Valid Driver's License, Reliable Personal Transportation & Auto Insurance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proven work experience in a sales-driven environment-required.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Organizational and analytical skills
