We are looking for a dynamic technology systems analyst to drive innovation and deliver support to our ERP and CRM environments. This role will be approximately 60% business facing to understand specific business requirements to enable key business functions and 40% delivering enhancements and support. We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter and can take the lead on maintaining and enhancing our Acumatica and HubSpot systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders from operations, finance, sales, and marketing and translate into technology deliverables.
- Responsible for delivering enhancements either through internal configuration changes or leveraging external resources for major changes.
- Provide end user training as part of change management and enhancement delivery.
- Managing expectations – responsible for communicating and setting accurate expectations for solutions delivery and timing with all stakeholders.
- Maintain scalable user permission sets for our ERP and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with analytics management to maintain data standards.
- Troubleshoot compliance system integration issues (Metrc and BioTrack).
- Resolve any major P1 and P2 incidents with our technology platform providers.
- Maintain data integrity and maintenance for Hubspot.
- Deliver a high level of internal customer support.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years of ERP and CRM experience; Acumatica and HubSpot experience a major plus.
- Position would require about 20% travel to work onsite with teams in MA, NJ, and NY.
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct, always.
