We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role reports to the Executive Director.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field of study is required. Sufficient work experience may substitute and/or augment a degree.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a professional services environment preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Office: (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 1 year preferred.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics. Video experience is a plus.
- CRM (HubSpot or similar) experience preferred.
- Great communication skills and be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Dedication to internal and external customer service is a must.
- Great work ethic; will go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Must be able to work independently with a high degree of self-initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in project priorities.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, email, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for various marketing projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Organize marketing materials and ensure that all project components are aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing content such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, email templates, and blog articles.
- Ensure that marketing assets are up-to-date and consistent across all channels and campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns.
- Help in implementing strategies to improve brand visibility and recognition.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external partners or agencies.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to assess campaign success and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Support the coordination of marketing events, webinars, trade shows, or conferences.
- Assist in managing logistics, promoting the event, and ensuring successful execution.
- May supplement Marketing communications.
- Any other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Assists with documentation requests.
- Maintains executive action items.
Physical Requirements
