Responsibilities
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for executing the company’s digital marketing and communications strategy to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and ensure digital content accuracy and consistency. Other duties include:
- Manage the company’s website(s), ensuring content is regularly updated and optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Create and/or manage product support documentation for accuracy and readability.
- Create and share online material, including blog posts, case studies, competitor comparisons, etc.
- Manage customer communications around product releases, maintenance, etc.
- Design and create marketing materials, including graphics and promotional content, in line with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing recommendations based on data.
- Oversee product listings across various comparison, review, and download sites. (CrowdReviews, Alternative.to, etc.)

Skills/Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing and communications.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms)
- Strong graphic design skill with experience in Adobe products.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javacript, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Candidate must currently possess the eligibility to work in the United States
- A background check is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
