The SEO Lead Analyst positions are responsible for leading the ongoing analysis and assessment of our Digital Performance Strategy services to increase efficiencies for the organization and the value proposition for our clients. The Lead Analyst partners with the DPS leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to continuously review and evaluate DPS processes and performance and makes recommendations for improvements, which may include new tools, processes, changes in product development code release, and testing. Additionally, these positions will act as Subject Matter Experts within Sincro, leading WPM and Search Engine Optimization conversations with both internal and external clients, as well as serve as the representative of the DPS group cross-departmentally in key initiatives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the appropriate Sincro teams in all relevant development projects to provide analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites to support WPM or SEO strategy
  • Partners with our Sincro product team in analyzing search engineand/or CRO programs and tools to examine and better leverage tool and system capabilities
  • Reviews and provides recommendations for Sincro's digital performance strategies and overall techniques to develop higher value for Sincro's clients and more effective and efficient internal processes
  • Partners with BI and Product teams to assess reporting solutions and evaluates data and user interface options that increase the clarity of the value proposition to Sincro's clients
  • Responsible for the analysis of competitors' services to evaluate Sincro's on- and off-page optimization strategies; Partners with the Product/Marketing teams to evaluate and recommend platform and services changes
  • Acts as a technical Lead for the DPS team and provides consultative assistance on complex client account issues; Addresses high profile customer escalations
  • Develops analytic dashboards and materials to represent client/service value proposition and performance results; Monitors and evaluates search results and search performance across the major search and social channels and determines effectiveness
  • Assists in creating and supporting marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g., customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and clients).
  • Manages a limited number of DPS accounts.
  • Educates internal teams and external clients on DPS best-practices

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong team leadership skills and proven ability to positively impact the performance of others
  • Demonstrates strong familiarity with all aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, Paid Advertising, Reputation Management, Conversion Optimization, Social Media Marketing
  • Shows understanding for incorporation of traditional marketing strategy and impact to digital strategy performance results
  • Showcases a strong understanding of Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms
  • Demonstrates outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Works through complex product/client scenarios and solutions independently
  • Demonstrates excellent presentation delivery and creation skills
  • Independently works with C-Level executives (internally and externally), and drives communication plans that expertly incorporate all influential stakeholders for their account base
  • Can create a digital strategy utilizing all available digital channels, and understand performance impact of each
  • Acts as a self-starter, with ability to independently own client success
  • Seamlessly works cross-functionally internally and externally to accomplish goals
  • Understands client hurts and brings proactive, tailored solutions
  • Has an advanced ability to drive C-level communication internally/externally
  • Demonstrates ability to assess and implement emerging market strategies, best practices, and tools
  • Has proven ability to deliver highly advanced presentations and client reporting deliverables

Education and Experience:

  • 6+years' experience managing complex client relationships
  • 6+ years of experience owning digital strategy creation and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fieldpreferred
  • Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification
  • Strong capabilities to drive marketing strategy with data-driven results
  • Desire to consider team-wide impact and scalable strategy output
  • Exceptional understanding for our Sincro tools and product capabilities
