What you will do

This role is based in our North American office in beautiful Denver, Colorado, as we are growing our RedEye Sales team! The role of a Sales Executive is to identify, progress, negotiate and close new RedEye Customers for the North American region. You are responsible for building a significant market presence in North American target markets which include power, water, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure and government. This role is a hands-on role, which will have you accountable for achieving your own targets.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation through outbound emails and conducting targeted sales calls quotas each week.
  • Presenting to large teams on the Redeye product and capabilities.
  • Be able to demonstrate the product.
  • Undertake a complex sales cycle; orchestrating and leveraging additional resources while taking the initiative
  • Understanding of the Redeye value to our customers and being able to position this in the sales cycle
  • Create and update opportunity plans for each sales opportunity in our CRM platform (Hubspot)
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, pricing with input from projects, product and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Close sales opportunities on long term multi-year contracts
  • Have sufficient active sales opportunities to achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets (typically 3 x your targets)

 

About You:

  • Selling complex solutions and services to large complex clients - ideally in one or more of our target markets (power, water, oil & gas, mining, government, infrastructure, etc)
  • Ensure you understand the key challenges our solutions solve for our clients and prospects in your industry
  • Team player who works well in a small high performing sales team
  • An inclusive operating style that builds rapport with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, well regarded by clients and team
  • Consistently strive to hit targets and you enjoy problem solving
  • Understanding of engineering and engineering concepts
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Likes to win and have fun doing it with a team of like-minded people.

KPI’s and measures of achievement:

  • This role is a key contributor to Redeye’s growth in our North American base
  • Attending meetings and closing deals
  • Cold calling potential prospects, following up on emails, maintaining the CRM (Hubspot)
