HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Chief Science Officer, the Program Development Manager is responsible for managing ETR’s curricula and coordinating the development process, including serving as liaison with external developers; managing update cycles; documenting and monitoring ETR’s internal curriculum development processes to ensure they are integrated, consistent, represent ETR’s values and standards, and grounded in science and best practices; supporting business development; and developing internal curriculum as requested. For curricula that are also ETR products, all planning, prioritization, and resourcing will be performed in concert with the Product Managers and Product Owners. This position works remotely and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Location: Remote - United States.
Starting Pay Range: $88,200-107,700 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $88,200-$98,000 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
