An amazing production company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and eager Personal Assistant to support their Founder/Executive Creative Producer. This person will work out of their Soho/Chinatown office and the Founders home to coordinate all aspects of the Founder’s personal life and home (NYC and Hamptons)
$75-100k base DOE + benefits
Fulltime in office: 5 days a week onsite between the office and apartment. Must be flexible for hours as needed.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
• Home management: booking cleaners, restocking supplies, running errands, working with vendors, contractors, and maintaining a welcoming home environment
• Ensuring Founder’s personal life runs smoothly
• Handling all travel arrangements, domestic, international, visas, creating itineraries, etc.
• Must be a dog lover
• Booking wellness classes/appointments
• Personal shopping, gifting, preparing Founder for shoots
• Acting as a liaison with internal/external vendors
The ideal candidate is:

• Highly organized
• Very eager and has a great attitude
• Skilled in written and verbal communication
