Job Overview

As a Marketing Assistant you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and coordinating activities to promote products or services. You will help ensure smooth operations and contribute to achieving marketing goals. We offer comprehensive training designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

1. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
2. Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.

Content Creation and Management:

1. Help write and edit copy for websites, social media, and email marketing.
2. Update and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.

Market Research:

1. Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and target audiences.
2. Compile and analyze data to support decision-making.

Digital Marketing Support:

1. Manage social media accounts and schedule posts.
2. Assist with SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.

Event Coordination:

1. Organize events, trade shows, and product launches.
2. Handle logistics and promotional activities.

Required Skills

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
3. Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
4. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Attention to detail and creativity.

Education and Experience

1. GED or High School Diploma required
2. Minimum 1 years of marketing and/or advertising experience required.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to spend prolonged periods of time working on a computer
2. Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
