Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns, contributing to both digital and traditional marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting our marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This is a part time commission based role.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
  2. Support social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content and managing posts across platforms.
  3. Collaborate on multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.
  4. Contribute to advertising sales initiatives by researching potential leads and assisting with outreach.
  5. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design marketing materials, including graphics for digital and print advertising.
  6. Engage in digital marketing activities, including content marketing, email campaigns, and performance marketing analysis.
  7. Participate in B2B marketing efforts, focusing on building relationships with potential business clients.
  8. Help manage e-commerce platforms by updating product listings and optimizing user experience.
  9. Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  10. Conduct research to support marketing strategies and provide insights into market trends.
  11. Assist with copywriting for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  12. Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.
  13. Support sales initiatives by providing necessary marketing materials and insights into customer behavior.
  14. Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and marketing strategies.
  15. Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, tracking expenses, and reporting on campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics.

Skills

  1. Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices.
  2. Experience with social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
  3. Knowledge of multichannel marketing approaches to reach diverse audiences effectively.
  4. Familiarity with advertising sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  5. Competence in Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
  6. Understanding of digital marketing principles, including content creation and distribution.
  7. Experience with B2B marketing tactics aimed at building professional relationships.
  8. Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
  9. Strong analytical skills to interpret data from Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  10. Proficient in email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  11. Basic understanding of HTML for website updates as needed.
  12. Excellent research skills for market analysis and trend identification.
  13. Strong copywriting abilities for creating compelling content across various formats.
  14. Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.57 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
