We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Luxury Travel Coordinator. Responsibilities:
The main responsibility is to help oversee the coordination of luxury travel for Away We Globe. That includes:
- Support Away We Globe founder, Michelle on providing amazing service for high-end clients
- Help manage operations process on both pre and post-trip activities
- Lead email inbox triage efforts by delegating and/or responding to emails
- Solve travel problems that arise
- Establish strong relationships with travel partners and destination experts
- Liaise with the Air Team as needed to assist in clients’ air needs
- Research destination, concierge activity recommendations
- Correspond with suppliers (hotels, operators independent guides) to coordinate travel arrangements
- Find hotel rates and send them in customer-facing emails
- Charge client's credit cards for planning and inquiry fees
- Work with hotel concierges to make dining, entertainment ground transportation reservations
- Work directly with restaurants to secure/change/update dining reservations
- Create and keep client travel documents such as itineraries and invoices updated
- Enter data into CRM (trip feedback, account/client information, passport information, etc.)
- Reconfirm client itineraries before client departure
- Learn and use Away We Globe tools including AirTable, SION, AXUS, Google Sheets, and TravelJoy
- Assistance with commission inquiries as requested
- Willingness to work on a variety of tasks

Qualifications:
2+ years of luxury travel planning or travel industry experience
- Detail-oriented, excellent time-management organizational skills with the ability to handle
- multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong work ethic and identifies opportunities to take on more
- Willing to work as urgent needs arise - able to quickly respond to emails when issues arise
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm
- Team player, able to work collaboratively and within a team
- Proactive and resourceful; an intuitive problem-solver
- Passion for the luxury travel industry is a strong plus
