This is Care Initiatives largest senior living community. We're a licensed 201 bed SNF. We have an extensive nurse leadership team that consists of a DON, four ADONs, two MDS Coordinators. One of our two social services team members has been with us for 23 years! The Business Office Manager has over 10 years, as has our Dietary Manager, and there is longevity with our environmental services too.
Due to the recent promotion of the Administrator, we desire a seasoned LNHA to join our team. Lots of growth and development is happening and Heritage and we welcome your joining us!
