What you will do:

  • Manage, develop, and maintain our LMS and Sales Enablement systems and utilizes WRIKE to manage tasks and project statuses. Can keep track of projects, move them forward and is detailed orientated.
  • Be a brand and system global governance ambassador ensuring all branding, content and system governance is applied.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal employees, our dealer partners and buyers ensuring they have the proper training, knowledge base content, how-to support material, easy processes to complete learnings, and timely responses to their contact management tickets. 
  • Partner with internal leaders and project teams to develop, build and deploy system architecture design plans for product, solution, or program releases. Build and test plans ensuring best practices are utilized and user journey is intuitive.
  • Develop LMS user procedures, guidelines, and process documentation. Lead committees to steer guidelines as needed and drive these guidelines to global audiences.
  • Act as the primary technology interface to manage day-to-day operations to ensure full functionality of the LMS and Sales Enablement environments for all users.
  • Provide the data necessary to drive learning analytics. Understands how to pull data to build interactive reports for our stakeholders to action insights and to identify gaps. Can look at data and derive insights to drive system and user experience improvements.
  • Perform routine systems maintenance and configuration administration. Assist in the design, review, testing, and implementation of LMS and Sales Enablement updates and enhancements.
  • Main architect for all our training systems; our Learning Management systems and Sales Enablement system. (People Fluent, Brainshark, Highspot, EPIServer)
  • Responsible for the implementation of learning paths, uploading e-modules, setting up catalogue structures, defining graphics and branding to drive user journey and experience, building user web interfaces using HTML and CSS development, managing user data structures, and working with IT to integrate our Learning Systems with other technologies.
  • Shows leadership by designing effective learning journeys and can influence training/ learning best practices to key stakeholders implementing best in class learning solutions that can be applied to global and regional audiences.
  • Leads vendor workstreams tracking new product improvement statuses and driving towards solutions that will benefit our organization. This person should be able to effectively communicate business requirements visually and in writing driving to system design changes.
  • In addition, this person should be able to take existing and new system capabilities and support our stakeholders in adopting these capabilities to improve processes or user experiences.
  • Effective problem-solver with customer centric approach understanding execution is important. Enjoys finding creative ways to solve problems as an individual or with a team and can apply the solutions he/she comes up with in a streamlined manner with great quality and attention to detail/process.
  • Can research and resolve issues quickly and willing to make adjustments for a positive customer experience, such as, fixing learning paths, troubleshooting e-modules issues, troubleshooting system integration issues, troubleshooting system access, providing content to user they are searching for, editing videos to provide to a customer, editing a SCORM e-module, updating slides or content to fix error, reloading content, loading new content, tagging content in the right spot, fixing search engine so content can be prioritized, fixing user profile, etc. (We do have a large content developer team, however at times it is easier to make the change to support a critical request).
  • Supports developers with publishing related questions, training, and issues. This includes driving SCORM best practices for our systems and testing. This individual should be very familiar with SCORM and Articulate 360 Programs and be comfortable with training others.
  • Act as the primary technology interface to manage day-to-day operations to ensure full functionality of the LMS and Sales Enablement environments for all users.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of relevant experience without bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development or Graphic or Web Design to include a minimum of 5 years System Administration preferred.

Skills, Experience & Abilities      

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills required.
  • Graphic design/editing skills that include utilizing, Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Specific web design training and experience.
  • Video editing skills using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Specific video editing training and experience.
  • Web development skills including HTML programming. Specific web development training and experience.
  • High proficiency in Articulate 360, HTML5, Adobe Premier Pro, Access Database, CCS Development, User interface development and LMS systems.
