As a Graphic Designer, You Must Be

As a Graphic Designer, You Will
- Work with the marketing team to initiate creative ideas and support organizational strategy, goals, vision, and direction.
- Communicate updates/newsletters/sales collateral to internal and external audiences.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media.
- Perform internal and external data gathering to stay current with industry practices and design trends.
- Propose thought-out concepts upon reviewing industry trends, competitor websites, advertising, and other product materials.
- Perform photo editing as needed. Supply images/graphics/etc. to REI video production coordinator as requested for promotional, educational, and training videos.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of design files and assets for easy accessibility and future reference.
- Assist team in monitoring content updates and locating inconsistencies.
- Define and develop design processes as needed to promote efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
As a Graphic Designer, You Must Have
- A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
- Website design/development and social media management/specialty preferred.
- Required software skills – Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional), SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Mail/Word/PowerPoint) and WordPress
- Preferred skills: 3D product rendering, website development/design, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), SEO experience, Canva, PlanView, Divi, Click Dimensions or alternate marketing automation/email deployment platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Knowledge of photography equipment (cameras/tripods/lightboxes) is helpful.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
