The Director of Global Operations and Support plays a key role in our ability to incorporate modern approaches to managing product strategy, timelines, and key initiatives for our Enabling Services organization. This includes our clinical trial technologies for Interactive Response Technology (IRT), Decentralized Clinical Trial, eCOA and eConsent and clinical trial dashboards and Analytics as well as post approval tech enabled services in Post-Approval Safety and Patient Access.

As a member of Enabling Services Business Operations team, this position will be responsible for developing, supporting, implementing and embedding growth strategies and initiatives across the

organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and chair Leadership Team meetings, business reviews and F2F meetings as appropriate
  • Collaborate with individual business leaders to identify, implement and track appropriate performance measures
  • Manage a monthly and quarterly communication plan through collaborating with the global leadership team and cross-functional business unit leaders
  • Collaborate with individual business leaders to identify and prioritize, implement and track essential initiatives
  • Lead the annual strategic planning process by partnering with business leaders for the development of annual roadmaps, goals and objectives and initiatives
  • Development and oversight of business unit communication and employee engagement strategies, content development, messaging development and execution
  • Represent business unit across the broader enterprise to drive stakeholder management connections and consistencies in best practices, initiatives and knowledge sharing
  • Provides analytical and specialized support to relieve and assist executive, administrative, line and staff managers of complex details and advanced departmental duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-10 years’ relevant experience in the healthcare or pharma/CRO industry required
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in managing day-to-day business operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, healthcare or related field required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Proven experience to think strategically and execute
  • Prior experience leading a team/leading through influence
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while
  • maintaining tact
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
  • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and problem-solve
  • Strong analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with clients and Fortrea senior
  • management

Pay Range: $140,000-$230,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
