The Digital Marketing Manager will write and post content that drives our social media marketing and website campaigns. Execute digital marketing campaigns for various clients using SEO/SEM, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging content for a range of audiences and writing clear, concise, and human-centric copy. Key responsibilities for this role include designing and developing content that attracts and engages customers, managing social media content calendars, and effective communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Written Content:
- Writing and editing communications, including social media posts, blog entries, and website copy.
- Update content ensuring all new material is consistent with the organization’s branding guidelines.
- Optimize website SEO, measure user engagement, and provide recommendations for improving content.
Website Development:
- Work with the marketing team to ensure client websites meet company standards, align with brand strategy, and are consistent across all devices.
- Develop and implement an efficient method for publishing content on the company website, working closely with the team to assess technical issues that may arise.
- Manage the client’s website by creating and updating content.
- Work with internal and external teams to enhance user experience on landing pages.
Social Media:
- Work closely with the organization's marketing team to create and distribute engaging content while maintaining social media presence and strategy on all digital platforms, from writing and design to publishing and analytics.
- Develop and manage organic and paid social media campaigns that engage customers, generate interest in the organization's programs, and drive traffic to both websites and quality leads.
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to comments across all digital and social platforms within 24 hours.
- Extensive experience using social media reporting software and consolidating large amounts of data.
Content Strategy:
- Brainstorm ways to expand by developing new and creative growth strategies.
- Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Facebook Advertising.
- Ability to develop and execute social media, branded content, or other marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Identify client needs with relevant research and translate them into a content strategy that drives deliverables.
- Produce high-quality content while developing new skills and types of content to keep pace with digital trends.
- Support website and blog promotion by coordinating with other departments to provide usability, functionality, and site content enhancements.
- Analyze audiences to identify new opportunities for digital platforms, then implement the recommendations.
Analytics:
- Execute, measure, and analyze conversion tests.
- Experience using analytical tools for social listening, ad tracking, websites, and apps.
- Responsible for monthly performance reporting
- Continually measure, test, and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns by analyzing content with goals.
- Monitor, research, and report on competitor activities.
- Analyze customer experiences across multiple channels with touchpoints to identify opportunities for improving them.
- Optimize spend and performance by identifying trends and insights.
- Develop and implement techniques and strategies to optimize web-based marketing campaigns, emphasizing increasing customer response rates.

Technical Skills
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years related experience in public relations, marketing, communication, or related field
- 2-3 years of digital strategy experience or equivalent
- Experience with graphic design as well as video and photo editing experience a plus
